This pumpkin has bumps on it!
No, it isn't a skin disease, but rather deliberate breeding which produced these unique pumpkins. Knuckle Head's have a hard outer skin (just knock on one to feel it). This makes them resistant to scratches and bruises that other pumpkins can't take, and results in a tough, long lasting “SuperFreak” pumpkin.

Carving:  Knuckle Head's hard skin makes them difficult to carve. We find wood working tools do a better job than knives. Once carved, your Knuckle Head will last longer than the standard pumpkin.

Culinary: No no no no no!
