Triamble is a rare Australian Blue pumpkin whose origins date back to at least the 1820's. It was exported to the U.S. in 1932 by Arthur Yates & Co. of Sydney, Australia.
It's characteristic three lobed shape is truly beautiful and unique among pumpkins, making it worthy of attention for that reason alone. The rind varies from completely smooth to fairly bumpy. Long storage life.

Culinary:
The dense sugary flesh holds it's flavour for a remarkably long time, according to the Seed Savers Exchange. One of our favourites, Triamble improves with age (let it cure until November).
