Our hardneck garlic is now fully cured and ready for purchase! We grow Kostyn's Red Russian and Music, both flavourful hardneck heirloom varieties. You can use it immediately or store in a cool dry location for ab out 6 months (we keep our stash in the garage). You can also plant it! Available until it sells out in mid-October.
